To disconnect the GlobalProtect VPN software, click the 'Globe icon' in the Finder menu bar and click the 'Disconnect' button. In Keychain Access application, locate the Machine Certificate issued to Mac OS X Client in the System keychain.

Ending this process in the Activity Monitor will give the Touch Bar a fresh start. On some Macs, the process may be touchbaragent. End the touchbarserver process in the CPU tab by clicking the x button. Go to Finder > Applications > Utilities > Activity Monitor.

To log in, enter your OUN in the 'Username' field and your OTP (PIN + token code) in the 'Password' field. The best way to fix a Mac Touch Bar is to refresh it.
